Dr. Mubarak Aldossari is a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager and Civil Engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University (2024). He currently oversees a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar mega-scale residential developments at the National Housing Company in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, managing large international teams and government-owned contractors to deliver thousands of housing units on time and within budget. With extensive international experience across Saudi Arabia and the United States, Dr. Aldossari brings deep expertise in construction management, sustainable practices, quality control, and regulatory compliance. His background includes leading complex infrastructure and residential projects, implementing advanced safety protocols, and conducting impactful research on traffic safety and automated enforcement systems, with publications in the American Society of Civil Engineers. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University and is passionate about advancing innovative and sustainable construction solutions.
