Fahad Abdullah Aljabr is the Vice President of Project Delivery at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), where he leads major real estate and construction delivery across one of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent mixed-use developments. With more than 18 years of experience in project delivery, construction management, design coordination, and sustainable development, Fahad has played a key role in advancing complex urban projects in line with Saudi Vision 2030. He is a LEED AP and Parksmart Advisor, a Founding Board Member of the Saudi Green Building Alliance, and a Board Member of Al Rajhi Capital Real Estate Opportunity Fund II. Fahad brings strong expertise in large-scale project execution, contractor performance, sustainability, and stakeholder leadership across the real estate and construction sectors.
